25 to 40 fully retouched HDR images, depending on the size of the property, delivered inside the same 72-hour window as the film. Web-sized and print-sized files, plus vertical crops for social.
We send a prep checklist when you book — lights on, blinds open, counters clear, cars off the driveway, bins out of frame. Twenty minutes of prep does more for the photos than an hour of retouching afterwards.
Interiors go ahead regardless. Aerial and exterior work gets rescheduled to the next clear window at no extra cost. For stills we can also do a sky replacement, which is included — but a genuine blue-sky exterior always beats a swapped one.
You get full commercial usage rights to the delivered files. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to — just say so at the brief.
Yes — shoots, scripts, captions and client communication all run in French or English. This site is currently English only; a French version can be added.
